about Psycho Logical

  • I’m Tim Davern, a registered psychologist based in Mornington.

  • I work with teens and adults — particularly men — who are dealing with stress, anxiety, anger, emotional shutdown, low mood, or significant life pressure. Many of the people I see have spent years pushing through, supporting others, and holding things together — until that approach stops working.

  • My style is calm, direct, and grounded. I don’t believe people are broken. I believe most people are responding as best they can to pressure, expectations, and experiences they were never taught how to process.

  • Therapy at Psycho Logical is not about endless talking. It’s about helping you:

  • - Reduce emotional intensity and reactivity
  • - Develop practical tools you can use day-to-day

I offer individual psychology sessions for teens and adults, both in-person and via telehealth.
I see clients under a mental health care plan, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, private health insurance or privately funded.
